Returns
You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

Shipping
We ship from the Netherlands. Every order is packed by hand and sent with tracking.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process and pack your order. During launches or busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery times are estimates. We do our best to ship quickly, but once the package is with the carrier, delays can happen. If something seems off, contact us and we will help you figure it out.
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To start a return, log in to your customer account, open your order and request a return there. After we approve your request, you will receive the return instructions by email.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Please return items with the original tags and packaging where possible.
Trying something on is completely fine. Wearing it out and sending it back after is not.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Please select the item you want to return and add the reason for return in your request.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived and has been checked, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please note that it can take a few business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you return your full order within the legal withdrawal period, the original standard shipping costs will be refunded. Return shipping costs remain for the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
For partial returns, original shipping costs are not refunded.
Exchanges
Need another size? Request a return through your customer account and mention the size you want in the note.
Because our drops are limited, we cannot guarantee that another size or colour will still be available. If the size is available, we will help you exchange it. If not, you can return the item for a refund.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 48 hours after delivery at contact@loomofvoices.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will sort it properly.
