Online store

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.

You are responsible for making sure your shipping address, email address and order details are correct before completing checkout.

Products

We do our best to display our products, colours, materials, prices and descriptions as accurately as possible.

Colours may look different depending on your screen, lighting or device settings. A screen is not a courtroom witness.

Our products may be available in limited quantities. We may limit quantities, stop selling a product or change product information at any time.

All products are subject to availability.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are shown during checkout before you complete your order.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.

If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

Discount codes

Discount codes must be entered at checkout. We cannot guarantee that a discount can be applied after an order has been placed.

Discount codes may be limited by time, product, customer, order value or number of uses.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse discount codes if they are used incorrectly, abused or shared in a way that breaks the conditions of the offer.
